yeah I thaught that it'll be a good idea to have a section for this language since it is the international language so it'll be cool that our doctors speak english as well as french ^^

Diffidently true, and it will be also good for our engineers to speak it also (i'm not going to be a doctor^^).If you know english you can everywhere and you can communicate with almost everyone and everywhere...So get involved! it's for your best!!!
